- I have an average cardiovascular endurance, low muscular endurance and a terrible balance.
- First and foremost I would love to have fun while working out. That said, I would love to improve both my muscular (eg: do 5 pull-ups) and cardiovascular endurance (run 5-10Km). I want to gain some muscle and reduce my body fat ratio. Also, I would want to become leaner especially in the abdominal area and lastly I will like to not only look healthy but feel healthy too!
- motivations
- workout partner; it encourages me and makes the workout less lonely and more enjoyable.
- a realistic/doable workout plan; An unrealistic/difficult workout plan will discourage you to work and vice versa.
- the right mindset; having a strong will and determination is necessary to be consistent in your PFP.
- results; this motivates you to stick to your plan and also serves as an incentive for achieving your end goal.
I could develop habits such as eating more vegetables, getting 8hrs of sleep, being more organised in my schedule
4. a long exhausting day at school or work might discourage me from working out. bad weather could pose as a barrier to me not effecting a workout. Lack of motivation is also a possible threat to my routine.
